Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a return.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products not purchased directly from ILNDvibe.com.

  • Items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@ILNDvibe.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping your product back.

  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your proof of purchase and return authorization number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ILND Vibe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.

  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
